To qualify for the EU-Pacific EPA preferential rate on HS 3907, products must satisfy the origin rule of type maximum non-originating materials (MaxNOM). A tolerance of 15% of the ex-works value applies. 4 specific rules apply to this code under this agreement.
Manufacture in which: - the value of all the materials used does not exceed 50% of the ex-works price of the product - the value of any materials of chapter 39 used does not exceed 20% of the ex-works price of the product.

50% ex-worksManufacture in which: - The value of any materials of all materials used do not exceed 50% of the ex-works price of the product - the value of any materials of chapter 39 used does not exceed 20% of the ex-works price of the product and / or manufacture from polycarbonate of tetrabromo-(bisphenol A).
