To qualify for the EU-Switzerland preferential rate on HS 1905, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from materials of any heading, except that of the product, in which the weight of the materials of heading 1006 and heading 1101 to heading 1108 used does not exceed 20% of the weight of the final product.
