To qualify for the EU-Switzerland preferential rate on HS 2201, products must satisfy the origin rule of type wholly obtained (WO). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from materials of any heading, except that of the product, in which all the materials of subheading 080610, subheading 200961, subheading 200969 used are wholly obtained.
