To qualify for the EU-Turkey CU preferential rate on HS 1806, products must satisfy the origin rule of type wholly obtained (WO). 2 specific rules apply to this code under this agreement.

CTH: All non-originating materials used in the production of the good have undergone a change in tariff classification at the 4-digit level (tariff heading), provided that: - all the materials of chapter 4 used are wholly obtained, and - the total weight of non-originating materials of heading 1701 and heading 1702 used does not exceed 40% of the weight of the product.
