CTH: All non-originating materials used in the production of the good have undergone a change in tariff classification at the 4-digit level (tariff heading) except from non-originating materials of heading 2207 and heading 2208, provided that all the materials of subheading 080610, subheading 200961 and subheading 200969 used are wholly obtained.
