To qualify for the EU-Turkey CU preferential rate on HS 2303-2308, products must satisfy the origin rule of type CTH + MaxNOM. 2 specific rules apply to this code under this agreement.
CTH: All non-originating materials used in the production of the good have undergone a change in tariff classification at the 4-digit level (tariff heading), provided that the total weight of non-originating materials of chapter 10 used does not exceed 20% of the weight of the product.
