To qualify for the EU-Turkey FTA preferential rate on HS 2207, products must satisfy the origin rule of type wholly obtained (WO). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
CTH: All non-originating materials used in the production of the good have undergone a change in tariff classification at the 4-digit level (tariff heading) except from non-originating materials of heading 2208, provided that all the materials of chapter 10, subheading 080610, subheading 200961 and subheading 200969 used are wholly obtained.
