To qualify for the EU-Turkey FTA preferential rate on HS 7301, products must satisfy the origin rule of type change of chapter (CC). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies. 2 specific rules apply to this code under this agreement.
CC: All non-originating materials used in the production of the good have undergone a change in tariff classification at the 2-digit level (chapter) except from non-originating materials of heading 7208 to heading 7217.
