To qualify for the EU-Turkey FTA preferential rate on HS 7307, products must satisfy the origin rule of type change of tariff heading (CTH). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies. 3 specific rules apply to this code under this agreement.
CTH: All non-originating materials used in the production of the good have undergone a change in tariff classification at the 4-digit level (tariff heading) except from non-originating forged blanks.
However, non-originating forged blanks may be used provided that their value does not exceed 50% of the ex-works price (EXW) of the product.
