To qualify for the EU-Turkey FTA preferential rate on HS 9301-9307, products must satisfy the origin rule of type maximum non-originating materials (MaxNOM). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
A maximum of 50% of the ex-works price (EXW) is made up of non-originating parts (MAXNOM).
