To qualify for the EVFTA preferential rate on HS 7215-7216, products must satisfy the origin rule of type change of tariff heading (CTH). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from materials of any heading, except that of the product and of heading 7206 and heading 7207.
Manufacture in which the value of all the materials used does not exceed 70% of the ex-works price of the product.
