Types of licenses in the EU

The request is submitted to the SBDU (Dual-Use Goods Service) via the online portal. The treatment time varies from a few weeks to several months depending on sensitivity.
Sanctions for non-compliance
Exporting without a required license constitutes a criminal offense which can result in imprisonment and significant fines.
