To qualify for the JEFTA preferential rate on HS 8706, products must satisfy the origin rule of type maximum non-originating materials (MaxNOM). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
A maximum of 55% of the ex-works price (EXW) is made up of non-originating parts (MAXNOM) (1st Jan 2021 to 31st Dec 2024).
