To qualify for the EU-Turkey CU preferential rate on HS 5601, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP).
Spinning of natural fibres.
Extrusion of man-made fibres combined with spinning.
Coating, flocking, laminating, or metalizing combined with at least two other main preparatory or finishing operations (such as calendering, shrink-resistance processes, heat setting, permanent finishing), provided that the value of non-originating materials used does not exceed 50% of the ex-works price (EXW) of the product.
