EU-Turkey Preferential Agreement (Agricultural/ECSC products)
CTH: All non-originating materials used in the production of the good have undergone a change in tariff classification at the 4-digit level (tariff heading) except from non-originating materials of heading 2207 and heading 2208, provided that: - all the materials of subheading 080610, subheading 200961, subheading 200969 used are wholly obtained - all the materials of chapter 4 used are wholly obtained, and - the total weight of non-originating materials of heading 1701 and heading 1702 used does not exceed 20% of the weight of the product.
