Zapato de tela de punto para calzado de punto con forro textil
Zapato con parte superior de tela de punto tricotada (100 % lana) cepillada, forrada de material textil, equipado con cordones (ojales metálicos insertados en la parte superior) y montado sobre una suela de material plástico liso, con ranuras paralelas que cubren el talón y la parte delantera del pie. La suela está ligeramente elevada en la parte trasera en comparación con la delantera. Uso principal: calzado de interior o de exterior ligero, con parte superior de material textil, destinado a un uso cotidiano. Particularidades reglamentarias: clasificación en la posición 6405.20 (otros calzados con suela exterior de material plástico y parte superior de material textil), aplicación de las exigencias generales sobre los calzados (etiquetado de los materiales, conformidad REACH para el cuero o textil tratado, ausencia de requisitos CE salvo en caso de juguetes o EPI).

Chaussures basses en toile de coton avec semelle en caoutchouc
Classement sous la position 6404.11 de la Nomenclature Combinée (NC) pour des chaussures à semelle extérieure en caoutchouc et dessus en textile. Ces chaussures sont en toile de coton 100 %, renforcées par des bandes textiles cousues autour du cou-de-pied, des œillets et sur les côtés, avec un intérieur renforcé au niveau des œillets. La semelle extérieure en caoutchouc a une épaisseur de 2 cm, surface antidérapante, avec une large bande latérale en caoutchouc recouvrant partiellement le dessus. La fermeture se fait par lacets. Usage principal : chaussures à usage général, pour usage quotidien ou loisir, adaptées à un usage intérieur/extérieur. Conformité REACH pour les matières textiles et caoutchouc, exigences d’étiquetage des matériaux, et absence de marquage CE sauf dans des cas spécifiques (EPI, jouets, etc.).

Sandale tong
Este artículo es una sandalia tipo « flip-flop » con suela exterior de material plástico, cuya plantilla está formada por correas que pasan entre los dedos y están fijadas en tres puntos a la suela. Las correas del arco están constituidas principalmente por textil forrado y recubierto de cuero cosido, con capas complementarias (cuero, material plástico, textil) ensambladas de forma compleja; el textil permanece parcialmente visible, especialmente en la correa que separa los dedos. La parte superior de la plantilla presenta una composición mixta, pero la mayor superficie del empeine parece estar en textil, complementado con cuero superficial. La construcción cumple con la definición aduanera de un calzado con suela de plástico y parte superior textil (predominante en superficie), con acabados en cuero. El artículo está destinado a un uso estival o de playa, sin particularidades reglamentarias específicas salvo la conformidad con REACH y las normas generales de seguridad de los calzados.

Children's leisure-footwear which covers the ankle, with an outer sole of rubber and an upper consisting of a sheet of plastic covered on the external surface area with textile fibres of a length not exceeding 5 mm glued to it and combined on the inside with a thin layer of woven fabric. It has a textile lining (see photograph No 628)
Classification is determined by General Rules 1 and 6 for the interpretation of the Combined Nomenclature, note 4(a) to Chapter 64 and the wording of CN codes 6404, 6404 19 and 6404 19 90. As far as the ‘material of the upper’ is concerned, for the purpose of Chapter 64 the expression ‘textile materials’ covers the fibres, yarns, fabrics, etc. of Chapters 50 to 60. See also the Harmonised System Explanatory Note to Chapter 64, General, (F). The textile flock of heading 5601 is the constituent material of the upper within the meaning of note 4(a) to Chapter 64, because it is the only external surface area of the upper. Classification is determined by the provisions of General Rules 1 and 6 for the interpretation of the Combined Nomenclature, note 4b to chapter 64, and the wording of CN codes 6404, 6404 19 and 6404 19 90. The application of the abovementioned chapter note results in the outer soles having to be regarded as plastic soles. These goods are therefore not classifiable within CN code 6405 Documented CN 2026 code: 64041990.
