Sterile adhesive (liquid) used during and after surgical procedures for topical wound closure. For use as a substitute or in conjunction with standard methods of surgical repair (sutures, staples etc.) to bond, seal and/or reinforce topical tissue. It may be used in conjunction with, but not in place of, deep dermal stitches. The product is packaged in a Blister Pack. Within the Blister Pack is an Applicator for applying the adhesive. The Applicator consists of a sealed glass ampoule containing the adhesive within a filter, tube-filter-application tip(narrow) assembly; this assembly is further packaged in a outer protective enclosure and a further tip (broad) added. There are 12 Blister Packs within the Shelf Carton (saleable unit).
