A set top box which has a communication function. The product processes an incoming signal from an external signal source in a manner that can be presented on a display unit, such as a television set. It does not incorporate a video or TV tuner and is not enabled to receive cable or satellite television signals. It connects to the Internet via its inbuilt wireless card or via the Ethernet interface. The device allows consumers to watch digital still and video images on a television screen. It also allows music, photos, photos, movies, applications or games to be played (or displayed) through the TV audio system or through a stereo system. There are two models: Wi-Fi only model and Wi-Fi + Ethernet model. Dimensions: Width 93 mm, Dept 93mm and height 31mm. The Wi-Fi model weights 208 grams and the Wi-Fi + Ethernet model weighs 214 grams. Included in the packaging with the set top box, is a remote control and power lead.
