Fluid Filtering Tube Set. This is used in the pharmaceutical industry and its primary function is to filter fluid going through the assembly by filling and emptying the tubing and to monitor the pressure of the pumped liquid through the filter. It consists of one liquid Optical XLT 10 capsule 0.22µ (microns) filter, one Pendotech pressure measuring sensor, various plastic articles including tubing, fasteners clamps, gaskets, retainers and reducers, used to connect tubing and components to reach desired length and retain desired flow/pressure. The filter media is made from Polypropylene / Polyvinylidene Fluoride with the whole assembly being single use. The filter gives the essential character of the whole assembly.
