The product in question is a polymer covered stainless steel mandrel. From the photographs provided this product is a long thin strip with rounded off terminals. This mandrel is coated with PFTE (poly-tetra-fluoro ethylene) polymer. Please see the photograph and the technical data that accompanies this application
