Printed Circuit Board Assembly. It comprises a main control PCB and a separate sensing PCB. The complete assembly functions as the active element of a residual current protective device for socket-outlet applications (SRCD). When a residual current fault is detected by the sensing PCB through the current transformer, a signal is sent to the main PCB to energize the solenoid and open the mechanical contacts, interrupting the circuit. The main PCB includes the electronic control circuit and the mechanically latched tripping mechanism which incorporates the solenoid, plunger, magnetic concentrator, and reset mechanism. The sensing PCB includes precision resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, thyristor, and a proprietary ASIC for signal conditioning and control. Rated voltage: 230–240 VAC, rated load current: 20A, residual operating current: 10 mA or 30 Ma
