A Load Cell or Force Sensor, a device which converts Load or Force into electrical signals. This cell is circular with a connector housing and six though holes. Manufactured from stainless steel with a threaded centre hole that runs from top to bottom. The load cell utilises two stabilising diaphragms which are welded to the internal load cell to reduce centre and side loading effects, this can be hermetically sealed for added durability. The Load Cell operates by mounting onto a hard flat surface and it measures the Force applied to the centre of the cell. The output is 2mV/V for 5lbs to 25lbs and 3mV/V FOR 50lbs to 500,000lbs. Dimension Measurements range from 64mm to 356mm(D.) and 20mm to 108mm (H) Typical applications include Tube mills, extruding processes and weighing.
