What is the tolerance threshold under the CETA?

The general tolerance is 10% of the ex-works value of the finished product.

A change from any other chapter, provided that the product is both cut (or knit to shape) and sewn or otherwise assembled in the territory of a Party.

ODER - alternative Regel

A change to a good knit to shape, for which no sewing or other assembly is required, from any other chapter.
