When using EUR-MED/diagonal cumulation, the no-drawback clause applies: cannot use inward processing (PA) on non-originating materials and claim preferential origin.

Products must be transported directly between the territories of the Contracting Parties. Transit through third countries allowed if under customs supervision and no operations beyond preservation.
