To qualify for the JEFTA preferential rate on HS 6308, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Each item in the set must satisfy the rule which would apply to it if it were not included in the set.
However, non-originating articles may be incorporated, provided that their total value does not exceed 15% of the ex-works price (EXW) or Free on Board (FOB) cost of the set.
