To qualify for the EU-Korea FTA preferential rate on HS 1516, products must satisfy the origin rule of type wholly obtained (WO). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture in which: - all the materials of chapter 2 used are wholly obtained, and - all the vegetable materials of chapter 7, chapter 8, chapter 10, chapter 15 and chapter 23 used are wholly obtained. However, materials of heading 1507, heading 1508, heading 1511 and heading 1513 may be used.
