To qualify for the EU-Pacific EPA preferential rate on HS 2933, products must satisfy the origin rule of type maximum non-originating materials (MaxNOM). A tolerance of 15% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from materials of any heading. However, the value of all the materials of heading 2932 and heading 2933 used may not exceed 20% of the ex-works price of the product.
