To qualify for the EU-SADC EPA preferential rate on HS 2714, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 15% of the ex-works value applies.

Other operations than those referred to above in which all the materials used are classified within a heading other than that of the product. However, materials classified within the same heading may be used provided their value does not exceed 50% of the ex-works price of the product.
