To qualify for the EU-CARIFORUM EPA preferential rate on HS 3205, products must satisfy the origin rule of type maximum non-originating materials (MaxNOM). A tolerance of 15% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from materials of any heading, except heading 3203, heading 3204 and heading 3205. However, materials from heading 3205 may be used provided their value does not exceed 20% of the ex-works price of the product.
