A mutual recognition agreement (MRA) is an international agreement by which two countries commit to mutually recognize trusted operator programs (AEO/AEO).
EU MRA
The EU has concluded MRAs with several countries: United States (C-TPAT), Japan (AEO), China (AEO), Switzerland, Norway, Andorra and the United Kingdom.

Conditions
The company must hold OEA-S or OEA-F status and have communicated its EORI number and certification data.
