Este aparato eléctrico, denominado «adaptador inalámbrico para altavoces», de tamaño compacto (52 × 52 × 13 mm, 26 g), incorpora una batería recargable, un convertidor digital/analógico, un módulo Bluetooth A2DP, un puerto USB de recarga y una salida de audio de 3,5 mm para conexión a un sistema de audio externo. Permite recibir de forma inalámbrica, vía Bluetooth, señales de audio digitales procedentes de teléfonos inteligentes u otros dispositivos portátiles, convertir dichas señales en señal analógica y transmitirlas a altavoces no integrados, con función de pausa/reproducción.
