Set de juguetes
Este producto es un conjunto de juguetes envasados para la venta minorista, que comprende una locomotora alimentada por pilas y un vagón de plástico, vías de madera, así como diversos accesorios (señales, coches, figuras humanas, animales, árboles, etc.). Destinado a la recreación de un circuito ferroviario en miniatura para niños, este conjunto generalmente se clasifica en el capítulo 95 (juguetes, conjuntos de juego o de construcción). Debe cumplir con los requisitos de seguridad de los juguetes (marcado CE), con la normativa REACH relativa a los componentes y con el etiquetado sanitario específico para productos infantiles.

alfombra y bolígrafo de juguete
Conjunto compuesto por una alfombra textil rectangular de doble capa, impresa con motivos infantiles y parcialmente recubierta por una sustancia química blanca reversible al agua, acompañado de un bolígrafo de plástico con punta de depósito, destinado a dibujar sobre la alfombra: las marcas aparecen coloreadas al contacto con el agua y desaparecen al secarse. Este juego educativo/lúdico, adecuado para niños, fomenta el aprendizaje del dibujo sin tinta ni sustancias manchantes. Según la destinación principal, corresponde a los juguetes de dibujo; puede ser necesario cumplir con la directiva sobre la seguridad de los juguetes (marcado CE, requisitos sobre sustancias químicas).

Juguete de perlas
Este conjunto, envasado para la venta minorista en una caja de cartón, comprende perlas y elementos de bisutería de plástico, un rollo de hilo sintético, cubos magnéticos, instrucciones y una funda de tela con cordón. Diseñado específicamente para actividades creativas infantiles, permite el ensamblaje y la personalización de joyas de fantasía, siendo la funda utilizada para el almacenamiento de los elementos o de las creaciones realizadas. Este producto se clasifica como juguete creativo de ensamblaje (pasatiempos de ensartar perlas), sujeto a la normativa sobre seguridad de los juguetes (marcaje CE, requisitos sobre los imanes, conformidad REACH).

Whereas the Common Customs Tariff annexed to Council Regulation (EEC) No 950/68 (2), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 604/83 (3), refers under heading No 71.16 to imitation jewellery and under heading No 97.03 inter alia to other toys; whereas, for the classification of the articles in question, the abovementioned headings can be considered; Whereas the sets cannot be considered as articles of 'imitation jewellery' of heading No 71.16; whereas by virtue of their use and low standard of manufacture, they have the character of toys of heading No 9503; Whereas, consequently, these goods must be classified under heading No 9503 of the Common Customs Tariff; whereas within this heading subheading 9503 00 70 must be chosen; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Committee on Common Customs Tariff Nomenclature, Documented CN 2026 code: 95030070.
