The product consists of Oat Flakes, Fruit Blend, White Granulated Sugar, Refined Palm Oil, Extruded Wheat/White Crispies, Wheat Biscuit Flour, Molasses, Salt, Malt Extract, Desiccated Coconut, Ground Cinnamon. The products are sold in different sized packages, e.g. 180g and 375g.
