A hypotube manufactured from AISI 300 or 400 series stainless steel for medical purposes. It is welded and redrawn, cold worked and/or seamless. It is made from flat strip which is formed and welded into tubular sections of 1.2MM in diameter. It is then plug drawn on a purpose-built drawing bench to set the tubes wall thickness. It is further worked by annealing and further drawn to size. Please note, this product is exactly the same for which BTI 18NT-14-6153-01 was issued.
