Mechanical movement regulator. It is an integral component used in an All-Terrain Control Module “ATCM” (not the subject of this BTI). The ATCM acts as an off-road cruise control for vehicles allowing the driver to set the desired speed and then focus on steering. The movement regulator is specifically designed for use in the ACTM. In conjunction with an attached spring, the movement regulator dampens movement to provide a smooth operation of the ATCM. The product is a mechanical assembly and contains four plastic parts (housing, rotor, cap & gear), one rubber part (o-ring) and silicone oil.
