The main component of standard Patient Starter Kits is as follows: - Plastic Aligner Storage Case (Main Component); - Box, Patient Starter Kit; - Bag, String Patient Starter Kit; - Printed materials. The aligner storage case is specifically designed to accommodate and protect aligners when not in use. It is compact and portable, suitable for carrying in a pocket or handbag. The Invisalign System is indicated for the orthodontic treatment of malocclusion, which consists of a series of doctor-prescribed, patient-specific, custom made, thin, clear plastic removable orthodontic appliances (clear aligners) that gently move the patient’s teeth in small increments from their original state to a more optimal, treated state. The aligners are not covered by this BTI.
