A portable apparatus (so called “power station”) used to draw DC (direct current) (140W or 280W) through a 3- or 4-pin XLR female sockets – according to the output wattage to be drawn. The apparatus is powered by 1 or 2 V-lock lithium cadmium batteries. It does not have any connections for electrical mains (input) and therefore no battery charging facility.It serves as a DC to DC converter.
