The ingredients are emulsified, shaped, cooked, cooled, sliced & packed. We use synthetic casings during cooking but casings are removed prior to slicing & packing. Casings are not edible.
Ingredients: Pork, Turkey, Water, Potato Starch, Salt, Dextrose, Salt Replacers (Sodium Gluconate, Potassium Chloride), Spices, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Stabiliser (Diphosphates), Preservatives (Sodium Diacetate, Sodim Nitrite), Yeast Extract.
